What is the same-day cutoff?
Orders paid by 12 PM Eastern are delivered the same day inside our delivery zones. Orders after noon go out the next day, or on the date you choose.
Will my basket look exactly like the photo?
Very close. Brands or colors can change with stock, so we always swap in an item of equal or greater value and keep the same look and theme.
Are the plants real?
Yes. Plant baskets include live indoor plants in their own pots, with a care card. Some plants, like pothos and snake plant, are not safe for cats and dogs. Choose the Pet-Friendly option at checkout and we'll use pet-safe plants only.
Can I order for a holiday weeks ahead?
Yes. Add any holiday basket to your cart and choose the delivery date at checkout.
Do you offer corporate invoicing?
Corporate gifts can be bought right on the site with volume pricing. For 50 or more gifts or custom mixes, request a bulk quote and we'll send an invoice.
What about food allergies?
All food is sealed and store-bought, with its original ingredient label. Note any allergies at checkout and we'll swap items.
